Steve Kramer- CEO

A Southern California native, Steve always dreamed of becoming a rock star.  But after a year and a half of polishing his chops in junior college, he took a computer class and decided to trade in his six string for a Commodore 64.  He taught himselft to write software and began doing it professionally in 1983.  Three years later, he started a custom software development company specializing in data management systems.  He sold his company in 1995 and co-founded ExpoSites with his wife, Jeanette, and Robert Lassers in 1997.  Steve loves riding his bike and playing tennis, but most of all, he loves being a dad.  His son won’t start college until Steve turns sixty…just enough time for him to get his rock ‘n roll career back on track.

Robert Lassers- Director of Sales and Marketing

Robert and Steve have been friends since Jr. High.  When Robert was getting married, he found the wedding expos he attended didn’t have useful website information.  Finding vendors online was very difficult and required the phonebook.  Thus began the idea for Exposites.  In 1997, Robert and Steve paired up with bridal show producers and began designing websites geared toward running their shows.  Since then, the business has grown and expanded into other markets.  As Director of Sales and Marketing, Robert is on the look-out for new shows, and checks in with current customers.  Ensuring their websites are functioning, Robert listens to feedback and shares the information with Steve, so issues can be resolved.  He is a graduate of Ithaca College, with a Film and Photography degree and has worked on various movies, such as, Stargate and Bird on a Wire.  Robert has a private pilot’s license, enjoys magic, and tinkering with gadgets or computer items like ipads, and iphones.  During his free time, you might find Robert participating in Camp Pendleton’s Mud Run, or doing “woodwork.”  One of his completed projects is an impressive backyard kids’ play structure.  Robert resides in Southern California with his wife, two children, and their dog.

Schelli Johnson- Producer Support

When Steve Kramer needed someone to help him with customer support, a mutual friend suggested Schelli.  With her background in customer service, combined with computer experience, and an incredible knack for multi-tasking and problem solving, it made a great match!  Thus, Schelli was hired as Producer Support in May 2006.  Working on websites presented a new, interesting challenge, which Schelli quickly learned and strengthened her HTML coding skills.  Over time, her role within the company evolved to managing all producer website requests, setting up new accounts, and troubleshooting website issues.  She loves her job, and enjoys “typing away” on her laptop.  Outside of work, Schelli’s teenage son keeps her busy.  You’ll find them at Little League games, and spending time with family and friends.  Schelli is a Southern California native, and currently resides in Aliso Viejo, CA.

Diane Cash- Graphic Designer

Introduced through a mutual client, Diane Cash began freelancing work for Steve Kramer.  With her 12 years of graphic design experience, she quickly impressed Steve and Robert with her ideas and expertise.  Thus, her position evolved into full-time employment in November 2010.  Now she is creating new templates and themes, as well as, providing custom design to Exposites clients, such as marketing materials, banner ads, logos, etc.  Diane received her Multimedia Applications Certificate from Hartnell College, and continues to keep current on all new design programs and techniques.  She has had a variety of hobbies, such as writing songs for a Bay Area band, and even once helped write the music for a community play!  When she wasn’t writing songs, she enjoyed carving Goose, Emu, and Ostrich eggs, to sell at craft shows.  Presently, she enjoys spending her free time bowling or fishing…on Wii.Like!  A self-professed “closet gamer,” you’ll often find her on POGO.com, as well.  Diane resides in Oroville, CA, with her husband of 16 years, and their 2 dogs.  They have raised two daughters, and spend a lot of their time with the grandchildren.

Sandi Ormsby- Article author (Blogger)

Sandi Ormsby and Steve Kramer met through their children attending the same school.  After Sandi had developed a blog focused on social outings for the entire 1st grade class, Steve was impressed with her creativity and ability to communicate and coordinate gatherings.  In December 2010, Sandi began writing articles for the Exposites blog to help the team communicate new features, troubleshoot support issues, notify of services offered, and provide ideas to sell your website.  When Sandi is not busy creating articles for the business blog, she is kept on her toes attending to her young children.  Always striving to be “one-step-ahead” or finding new ways to “teach” her son has been a challenge, and produces ideas such as coordinating a Secret pen Pal program among the 1st graders, as a way to strengthen their writing skills.   After factoring in sports, theater & drawing classes, if there’s ever “free time,” it is spent on her two personal blogs, Facebook, and trying to figure out Twitter lingo.  On the occasional “work out” spurt, she loves taking spinning classes…but quickly burns out…Sandi is a Southern California native, and currently resides in Lake Forest, CA with her husband, two children, and a dog that acts like a 3rd child!
